Sweetie and I just bought the most awesome thing ever off of Etsy. A giant traffic light, it's like 3 1/2 feet tall and a foot wide and thankfully only weighs 30 pounds or so. The seller is local so we were able to pick this beauty up this afternoon. The cord is super short so it needs to be rewired, and it isn't currently setup to control the individual lights, but that should be easy to do. A friend suggested that we get a programable arduino board so we can get all fancy with it - which is incredibly tempting and something that we're thinking really hard about. And the arrow's are adjustable/removable.
